Cross country is offered to 6th through 12th grade students during the fall. Cross country incorporates the benefits of both an individual and team sport. Racing as a team means that success depends on the whole team, developing a strong sense of camaraderie among the students. The countryside terrain experienced in cross country challenges student runners and helps to develop a lifelong love for the sport.
Summer Running Program
Beginning June 1, the Cross Country Team workouts begin.
Meet at the Upper School Entrance at 6:30 am. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday.
