lower school summer reading

At the Independent School, we believe that summer reading encourages students to maintain skills learned during the previous school year.

Reading Requirement:

Students will thoughtfully read their assigned grade level novel before the first day of school. Discussions and an assignment over the summer reading will occur once school begins. Contact Alyssa Boyer, Head of Lower School, with any questions regarding lower school summer reading.
