Lower School

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Lower School. We are beginning an exciting fourth decade of launching children on their first steps of their educational journeys.

For us at Independent, it is an awesome responsibility to be entrusted with your precious children. We are dedicated to making these magical years for each and every student. For your children these years will:

• Foster a love and thirst for learning.
• Build a firm foundation for the more challenging studies that lie ahead.
• Enable them to grow emotionally and socially, as well as academically.
• Expose young students not only to the basics of math and language and science, but also to the wonders and imagination of art and music and literature and the performing arts.
• Create for them a special bond between teacher and pupil that their young minds will never forget.
